Hi all, my disabled friend, Adam Onearmrunner (Personal Website, http://1armrunner.blogspot.com/ and Facebook, http://www.facebook.com/1armrunner), with his right arm amputated and left arm paralysed due to a road accident a few years, has been running in marathons, vertical marathons, ultra marathons and recently, swimming too, to raise public-awareness about disability sports and also, to raise funds for charity and non-profit organisations.
He has never ask for anything in-return. Thus, I feel he deserves some kind of rewards for his good deeds. So I appeal to all of you to help him win some prizes in the facebook contests that he has participated.
